Valet Trash Service

With your help, we'll keep your apartment and the whole community a little bit cleaner.

Help your Trash Fairy keep your building nice and clean by doing the following:

Put waste in standard 12½ gallon trash bags & tie closed
Set your Trash Fairies can outside your door on service days between 6-8pm
Your pick up days are Wednesday – Sunday (no pick up on Monday or Tuesday night)
Trash Fairies start their work at 8pm
Do not set any bags on floor, place a 2^nd bag on top of can
Limit two bags a day
Please break down all boxes
No loose trash or over-sized items
No hazardous or liquid waste

Bring your empty can in by 9am next day.

For extra trash, bring bagged household trash to the trash compactors in each building. Follow the instructions posted on the compactor.

For recyclable items, dumpsters are available on-site. Read more about waste disposal.

No service on the following holidays:

New Years Eve/Day
Easter
Memorial Day
July 4
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve/Day
