I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. The staff is amazing, and very friendly. They want to make sure that they get to know there residents as well. Anytime anything has occurred with the apartment, someone was always there to help me out.

I’m a new tenant at 3800 Acqua I just wanted to say how awesome the staff there is. I personally worked close with Shantae Carter. She was such a joy to work with. She gave the best advice and made sure before I applied everything was lined up so the process would go smoothly.
