My visit and tour(s) were top notch. Very warm and kind staff, from everyone I met in the office. Customer service was outstanding, a great knowledge of the grounds and takes the time to see what it is you're looking for in a place to call home! Just a gem.

I’m a new tenant at 3800 Acqua I just wanted to say how awesome the staff there is. I personally worked close with Shantae Carter. She was such a joy to work with. She gave the best advice and made sure before I applied everything was lined up so the process would go smoothly.

I am a resident here at 3800 Aqua, and my first month here has been a great experience. They have great amenities from a gym, to the pool, to even having restaurants/ businesses on the first floor. From day 1 Brook has really given me her best in customer service skills. Sometimes I felt like I was giving her way to many questions to answer, but not one time she didn't answer them
