Pet-friendly, 3800 Acqua features a fenced-in dog park along with a dog washing & grooming area exclusively for residents.
At 3800 Acqua, residents can enjoy 2 pets per apartment, no pet weight limit for 2nd-floor apartments, and no pets over 70 lbs for 3rd and 4th-floor apartments. 3800 Acqua at Bridgeport welcomes most dog breeds, excluding only those with typical aggressive tendencies (service animals are an exception). Please be ready and able to provide proper documentation on your pet prior to signing your lease.
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 for one pet and $450 for two pets.
Pet Rent: $45 per pet per month.
Pet Max Weight: 70lbs for all pets on the 3rd and 4th floor.
